Tart & Tangy Birthday :)

Tart_tangy_birthday Good morning!

I love this card and it took everything I had to make it :)

I’m sick with allergies or I’m getting a cold…..I thought I was just tired from our trip… but last night I was up most of the night sneezing & coughing…. & my headache is the worst!!  I’m going to attempt to get some work done…but I may head right back to bed.

Have a good day…see ya tomorrow!

This is my favorite card size (right now) and it measures 5 1/2 x 3 (cut your cardstock 6 x 5 1/2 & score at 3). You can use either the Small Open- End envelopes or the regular medium.

Stamps:  Tart & Tangy & It’s your Birthday

Ink:  Black Stazon, Real Red Marker & Old Olive Marker

Cardstock:  Real Red, Old Olive & Whisper White

Other:  Chic Stand, Paper Piercer, Real Red Striped Ribbon, Scallop punch, 1 1/4, 1 3/8 & 1 1/2 Circle Punches, Dimensionals

p.s. If you’re a Stephenie Meyer fan…I just finished her latest book "The Host"….. I loved it!  It was a rough beginning but once you got past a few chapters it really took off.

  1. Oh Angie, I’m sorry you aren’t feeling well either. I’ve been dealing with the stuffy nose and sneezing for a bit now. This morning the headache arrived too..ugh! Get well soon!
I’m wondering what size cards you have been doing lately. They look like long notes or something.

  2. Love the card – so bright & fun.

Thanks for the info about The Host, I bought the book a couple weeks ago & I can’t seem to get past the first few pages! So I guess I should try again!

That’s what I would like to know, when do you have time to read? Both your cards from yesterday and today are beautiful. Take care of yourself. I’m suffering from a sinus infection and vertigo with fluid in my ears. I’m on 3 different medicines so I can imagine going back to bed but too much to do.
    Hugs,
    Sharon
