Good morning!

Isn't the Jersey Shore notepad cute?  When I designed it I wanted to show it to everyone as fast as I could....but that was ...back when I was going to apply for the Artisan Award.

I'll be honest, I've never applied.  Each year I think this time I'll try.  But to keep my stuff hidden and not share it...I just can't do it!! The only reason I didn't show this sooner is because it was stashed away and I forgot.  I found it yesterday because I bought another file cabinet :O (Yes, it matches the one I showed you a few months ago, they finally got them in stock.)

Couple reminders for you....Today is the last day to order from the Occasions Mini Catalog and tomorrow you can start ordering the Decor Elements (if you need a brochure, let me know).  Also remember, anyone that places an $100 Stampin' Up! order with me in July gets a Free Fall & Winter Idea book & Catalog. It's official....I earned the trip to Hawaii!!  I'm so thankful!!!!!    I'm not the best at wording things and I'll try to get this right. I had help in so many different ways......some of you placed orders, some answered questions, some told me to check my report and see where I'm at, some listened to me toss around ideas and help me decide what to do, some of you called me and said what can I do...even my downline girls helped!  There just isn't words to express how much it means to me that you all wanted to help.  So, I'll just say......   THANK YOU!!!

Pick a Petal Thank you

Good morning!!

I finally found a few hours to stamp yesterday and this is what I made.  Aren't they super cute? I know...I say that all the time...but really..... these cards are so stinkin cute that I had to make 4 of them....and now I have to make more!   Couldn't you see "Happy Birthday" with it instead of "thank you"? 

I used the Pick a Petal stamp set and Enjoy Every Moment (thanks Lise for letting me continue to borrow the thank you...I just can't live without it :))))

Decor & More!

Good morning!

Isn't this card so pretty?  Sally gave this to me Monday at club and I love it!!  I want that set really bad and I think I'm going to break down and get it very soon....especially since I love birds!  It's the "Always" stamp set and it's on page 57 of the Stampin' Up! Spring & Summer Collection (aka Idea Book & Catalog).

My next card is from Julie (also club member) and her card is equally as cute...don't you love how she used the little pearls?  Too cute!!

And last but not least............I couldn't hold off any longer. I just had to get those Decor Elements on my walls...now I want everyone to come over and see it. BEAUTIFUL!!! I'm so lucky that Chocolate goes with my home!!  On July 1st...I'll be ordering more ...what you see on the right side of the door I'm going to do the same on the left side....and I have plans for several more pieces.  FYI, it's as easy as pie to use!!   Here's a couple photos of the one I added today....I'll show you more soon!

Just a hello :)

Good morning!   I'm sorry.... but no card today...I'm a couple days behind and I just can't stamp for fun when I need to get some orders processed and return some phone calls.  Good news is I have some friends coming to help me today.

I almost forgot to show this card......I used the Older & Wiser Hostess set & this daring turtle retires soon.  I better use him as much as I can before he goes!! 

I'm working on this card some more....you may see it again in a different color....and maybe a different sentiment.  Can you tell when I'm tired? I get all wishy washy.

Festive Favorites

Good morning!

No, you're not seeing things :)  I'm really posting a Christmas project in June.

Over the next few weeks I'm going to try to show you some projects using stamp sets that are retiring.  Someone ask me which stamp set was I going to miss the most. There are several for many reasons but this one "Festive Favorites" wins hands down (runner up is.... It's your Birthday).

I've also used retired designer paper...sorry...the only Stampin' Up! Christmas paper I have is retired....but....not for long... the new Idea Book & Catalog is right around the corner!

The first project is a gift card holder that my friend Julie made.  Isn't it so cute? 

I love the Pun Fun stamp set ....so much so..... that... the next card is also made with it.

Isn't Hannah's card darling?  I like it so much that I want to remake it on a gift bag...can't you picture that?

Decor Elements Correction

Oh dear...I made a mistake!!  In my excitement I spoke too soon.  The Decor Elements are removable but not reusable.  Oops!! In scrapbooking terms, removable also means reusable....& I just assumed that would be the case. Sorry for the confusion!

p.s. I'm so glad another demonstrator told me..... so I could correct myself real fast. Thanks for looking out for me!

Coaster Frame

Good morning!

Today's project is a Coaster Frame.  They're super easy to make and so much fun!  It's just two heavy weight coasters attached with ribbon :)  & you can keep it on your desk at all times.

Special note, the Coaster Post it Notes (posted a few days ago) are made with Light weight coasters and this project uses Heavy weight coasters.  Let me know if you need some.

Decor Elements

Good morning!!

I'm very excited today but.....I"m going to be really busy.....we have several doctors appointments......why do I schedule them all at once?   Back to my excitement......Yesterday Stampin' Up! announced a New Product Line called Decor Elements.  At first... the first 3 minutes...I was like "oh great...not my thing"....but here is the KEY word....they are removable....all of a sudden I wanted to jump for joy.  Don't get me wrong...I love paper crafts and that will stay my main focus.  But, I have a picture to share with you and then I'll add "the rest of the story".

See Chase's walls?  Those are Vinyl Clings, they were removable & we changed them around many times.  His room was the coolest!!   Here's some history for you...... We lived in 7 different places in 7 years.  That sure made me think twice about putting holes in the walls, painting & wallpaper.  Those clings traveled with us from house to house, until Chase out grew them.

June 19th update:  I may be a tad over excited.  I've been told by a few people that the Decor Elements are removable but not re-usable. Sorry I spoke too soon. In scrapbooking terms removable means you not only can remove it but also reuse it.  Sorry I've confused us all, the Decor Elements are removable only (see, I knew my brain worked differently :O )

I am sure that Stampin' Up! will knock our socks off with their images!!  And they will probably match my new stamp room perfectly :)

Here's a few details...

*You can use them on Walls, Tiles, Mirrors, Windows...etc.

*Phase One Includes 2 colors, Chocolate & White.

*100 images are being introduced today.

Here's what I don't know....When we can start taking orders. I'll find that out and come back and update this post. 9am update....The first day to place orders is July 1st. As a demonstrator we get to pre-order them today, as well as the Brochures....that means very soon...I'll share some photos with you all.

Group meeting favorite :)

Good morning!

Every time we have a group meeting...... I rush home & place an order :)  Why?  Because I always see something that is a must have, in this case.... it would be those Love Bird Rub-ons (page 6 of the Occasions Mini Catalog). 

This was my favorite card of the day and Shelly brought it to display on the Show & Share table.

Exciting News!!

Hello Stampin' Friends!

I have gone back & forth on when to share the news.......and I just this minute decided that I can't hold it off any longer.......  I've met the sales goal to earn the Hawaii trip :)))   and all I need is two of my downline to order a little more this month and that will promote them.  I've held off telling you because it's never good to count your chickens before they hatch :)  and something could happen.  But, both girls said they're ordering and I trust that it will happen. 

Thanks to all of you that not only ordered ....but also sent emails asking me how much farther I had to go. It really means the world to me!!!  When it's official and I've received word from Stampin' Up! I'll let ya know!
