My card today is a totally case (copy & and share everything). When I received my Stampin' Success magazine this week I knew that I would be making this card. (Stampin' Success is the monthly magazine that Stampin' Up! sends to their demonstrators....I usually stalk the mail box the week prior to getting it.)
I used the Botanical Blooms stamp set with the Congrats stamp set and both are in the Sale-a-bration catalog. I will admit I've neglected both of them...but I'll try to show you some more ideas soon.
I made this card for a couple reasons...one because I couldn't resist.....it's so pretty. But the main reason is for the new girls that have joined my team....this is a perfect example of using your resources. I could have changed the colors....or the stamp set ...but instead I copied it exactly :) Whether you create it or someone else did.....your customers will be happy to make it (especially when you're just getting started).
Don't forget if you'd like to join my team....now is the best time. The Stampin' Up! Starter Kit is on sale for $169 and you get to choose any FREE stamp set you'd like in addition to the wonderful kit...and don't forget about my little joining gift. If you need more info, just let me know.
Thanks for stopping by!
p.s. I'm headed to the dentist today....I need a crown and a filling & I'm a nervous wreck. Dave has to take me and I have to take some meds that will hopefully knock me out. I'll try to check in mid day tomorrow :) Wish me luck!!

Oh good luck Ang! I hate dental work too! But the meds hopefully will help! You're right: don't invent the wheel and you are still making something handmade...even if you found inspiration somewhere else!

I can totally relate to what you are going through. Know that you are not alone! Crowns are not cheap either. On the plus side, very pretty card. I haven't used my new set yet, this should inspire me to break it out and use it. I hope you feel better soon! ehugs

Oh, I so wish you lots of luck and do hope it isn't too horribly painful for you.
On a lighter note I will also take inspiration from this little card - it can be adapted very easily.

Is there ANYONE who doesn't mind a trip to the dentist? I think we all dread it, especially to have that type of work done. Hope all goes well, and we're thinking of you.
