Back to business stuff....My card today is for my daddy. When I bought the Eight Great Greetings stamp set (Occasions mini catalog) I bought it for many reasons. I loved the bunny...but I also loved this image. It's perfect because you can use it for any occasion....birthday, fathers day, etc...

My card measures 11 x 3 and I scored it at 5 1/2. I embossed the background with the Texture Plates #4 and I used the Chocolate Double Stitched Ribbon. I stamped the image a 2nd time and cut out the center "dad" piece and I used a Stampin' Dimensional to pop it up. I also added a Dimensional to the back of the white. I totally love the 3-D look!!

p.s. Counting down.....we leave in one week for the Stampin' Up! Hawaii trip :) oh my gosh...this time next week I'll be on the phone...oh dear!!! (I forgot to mention ....my family and I are going a tad early....we figured since we've never been and not sure if we'll get a chance to go again ...we need to make the most of it.)

Love the card. I always have such issues trying to find some ideas for "male" type cards. My "wish list" just keeps on growing with all your ideas. Also, loved the blooper video.

This is a great card. I have been on a Dark Brown/Chocolate color kick lately, so I love the colors you used. Hope you don't mind if I use this idea and colors at one of my future Stamp Camps.
