I feel for you. Hate when appliances, electronic gizmos, cars, anything doesn't work the way it's supposed to....
Really hope tomorrow is a much better day for you!

I understand the sometimes I just need a break. Sometimes I could even use 2 breaks!! Then, something happens and I realize that I'm not that bad off and life is really ok. But, if you're talking laundry back-ups...Hope tomorrow is brighter for you. MJ

Hi Angie,
Hang in there, your not alone. I hope you have a better day.
Ang

Tie and knot and hang on. :)

I know whatcha mean!!
But hang tight!!
Hope you have a great day!

The felt basket is just so cute!

My dryer died on me, too, a few weeks ago. I'm not all that handy with appliances, so I called my Dad to ask, "Is there anything really obvious I should check for before calling the Maintenance guy and looking like a fool?" My Dad thought the heat element was broken and that I would indeed need a repairman.

The guy got to my place, asked if I had looked at the fuses before I called, to which I said with a puzzled look, "Uh... no? The dryer is still working, it is just not drying the clothes."

I learned that there is two fuses for your dryer, one for power and one for the heat element. It was indeed the fuse.

The guy was really nice and agreed not to charge for the call. It ended up costing me $1.78 instead of $70 plus parts!

Then, there's the latch on the hood of my car that broke. I was lucky enough that the safety latch held on and that the hood didn't go up while I was driving!!! I still had to go see a mechanic, though.

Anyway, long story just to say I hope everything gets better soon for you and that the silver lining of everything being dumped on you at once is that once it's over, you're home free for another long while!

Hang in there!
Cindy :)
