You can't have ICE CREAM? That's horrible.

I eat Purely Decadent ice cream, which is coconut milk based. It is dairy and soy free and it is AWESOME.

For sour cream, cream cheese, etc. I use all the Tofutti products.

Almond Milk Smoothies ROCK!!!

1 cup Almond Milk (we use Almond Breeze)
1 tsp Almond Butter
1 Frozen Banana
handful of your favourite berries

Blitz in the blender and enjoy! You can even thrown in a bunch of spinach to make it super packed with goodness (and you can't taste it!)

Glad to hear you found almond milk. We are always searching for new delicious products to eat since Hayden has to eat gluten free. I'm so happy to be able to check your blog again!!!! Internet Explorer was really screwing things up! ;P

Have you tried the vanilla rice milk? It's way better than the original and it tastes great in cereal too. We are gfcfsf. Almond milk is pretty yummy too - loved it! Rice dream makes an ice cream and there are also a couple of other brands of ice cream made with coconut milk that my son loves! We usually find them at Whole Foods or Earth Fare or other larger organic/health food stores.
