p.s. I had three painters in my house yesterday.....they'll be back today and Friday the tile person will be here.
p.s.s. Update on the Rag Quilt Purse instructions....I typed half of the instructions yesterday and I'm working on it as fast as I can. Honestly it's a lot of steps & I'm struggling with getting it perfect. (If I mess up....... your purse will not look right.....dealing with fabric can be a tad more expensive than cutting a piece of cardstock the wrong size.)

You sure have a lot of stuff going on Angie! I am hoping (smile) that you will be moving closer to Minnesota!!! Will love to see the instructions for the rag purse, have been trying to figure it out from your pictures. Where did you find the Figgy Pudding fabric?????? I NEED that LOL.

Angie, I hope you are taking some time for yourself. We love all of your projects and everything you do, but if you need to take some time off, I personally understand. You also need to take time to see "New Moon". I can't wait. :)

I'm so excited, Angie! I am eagerly awaiting the instructions for the purse (you are so wonderful to do that!). You could encourage everyone to use scraps for their first try. That's what I always do because the more you make, the better they always look :)I know you are so busy now and we appreciate all you are doing for us and we also like to hear how things are going.

I have my material ready and already have the scallop square die. Maybe the first lady that commented was right, I should used scraps for my first one. Thanks for all your effort.

First of all, take care of yourself! with all you have going on, I can't imagine keeping up with the rag purse tutorial but I am eagerly awaiting the instructions because (gasp!) I actually went out and bought fabric, buttons and thread to make a purse of my own! I haven't pulled out my sewing machine in about 25 years and still haven't figured out why I have one in the first place but I think I can probablhy do it with some tips. I really do appreciate yhour encouragement on this rag purse thing and my quilting friends are stoked that I have bought fabric instead of trying to convince them to come and make cards with me! Hee, hee....little do they know that I am doing this for them! Once they see the adorable cuteness of my purse they are going to want access to the Big Shot and all of the cool dies!
I have moved many times and you have my condolences on that....however I have not moved since becoming a demo and my best wishes to you on that. You haven't mentioned where you're going to be relocating....you know we are all dying to hear! But good luck with the labor pains of moving and I am glad you are taking time to go see the new movie, you deserve it! Jan Hoyt www.inkerzaway.blogspot.com
