Reward Card

 Nov. 21, 2009 update....My Customer Appreciation Program has changed.  Please read all the details below and print your new Reward Card.  The two biggest differences are:

1. You get a free stamp set instead of $30 in free product
2. You are responsible for tracking your orders and punching your card.

My "Reward Card" incentive is a way of showing you, my customers, how much I truly appreciate your loyalty & your business.

• Each card will have 20 punches and you will be responsible for tracking your own progress.  One punch is for each $25 increment.   Contact me when your card is full.  I will verify your purchases with Stampin' Up! and place the order for the Free Stamp Set of your choice.  This means any catalog & any stamp set currently available.

• Please punch your card for:

            *Stampin' Up! orders - includes orders placed online at my Stampin' Up! website www.angiejuda.stampinup.net

            *Promotions offered by Stampin' Up!

• Please do not punch your card for:

            *Chic' n Scratch Shack orders

            *Specials offered by me (example In-Color Bundle & After Tax Day Sale).

            *Stamp Club & 3D Kit Club orders.  Special Note:  Minimum order is not included, however any amount purchased over the minimum can be counted.

Once your card is complete with 20 punches you will receive any free Stampin' Up! stamp set of your choice.  Contact me to redeem your reward at mychicnscratch@aol.com.  To speed up the process please keep a list of the dates you've ordered so I can confirm your totals.

Things to remember:

• Online ordering is available to you from the comfort of your own home 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on my Stampin' Up! website.  http://www.angiejuda.stampinup.net
• Place your orders on my Stampin' Up! website to receive the price quoted in the catalog.  If you purchase through Stampinup.com you will not receive hostess benefits if your order reaches $150 or more, you'll pay a higher price for product & you'll pay a higher shipping rate.   Please make sure you place your online order on my Stampin' Up! website to receive the preferred price (aka catalog price).
• If your order reaches $150 before tax & shipping you will receive hostess benefits.  Make sure you have your free items decided when you place your order.
• Visa, Mastercard & Discover are accepted or I can process the order using your Paypal account.
