Top Note Reese's Holder

My project today is the Top Note Reese's Holder and I made it with the Sweet Shop Designer Paper from the Occasions Mini Catalog.

I used the Top Note die to make it and I used one Whisper White Top Note and two cut out of the Sweet Shop DSP ... I'll try to explain ... if you just folded the top note in half ..the hearts would be upside down on one side.

The Top Note Candy Bar Holder is the 8th project for my 12 Days of Christmas.  It will hold a snack size Kit Kat Bar, Hershey Bar or if you can the score measurements it will also hold a container of Tic Tacs.

I made it with the Top Note Die and the Big Shot Die Cut Machine.  I used the Holly Berry Bouquet Fabric with the Holly Berry Bouquet Fabric ... and the Holly Berry Designer Buttons.

The Snowflake Box is the 7th project for my 12 Days of Christmas. 

I used the Winter Wishes Stitched Felt from the Holiday Mini Catalog with a Rhinestone Brad.

I made this box using the Scallop Squares Duo Die and embossed it with the Snow Burst Embossing Folder. (I've made this box for every occasion and it's a perfect size for just a little treat.)

I sponged on some Frost White Shimmer Paint and in person you can really see the shine ...I love it!

12 Days of Christmas #4 Reindeer Nugget Holder

The Reindeer Nugget Holder is the 4th project for my 12 Days of Christmas. 

I used Real Red card stock and embossed it with the Vintage Wallpaper Embossing Folder and then sponged the edges with Early Espresso ink.

To make the Reindeer Face I used the Owl Punch.  His antlers are from the Snowflake Punch and his eyes are using 1/2 Circle punch and his nose is from the Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack.

The Merry & Bright Treat Holder is the 3rd project for my 12 Days of Christmas.   

I used the Merry & Type stamp set with the Letters to Santa Designer Paper.

I stamped the image with Cherry Cobbler and Lucky Limeaid ink and cut it out with the Decorative Label Punch.

I made this treat holder with the Scallop Square Die and embossed it with the Perfect Polka Dot Embossing Folder .... the handle was cut out with the Word Window Punch.

12 Days of Christmas #2 Santa Triangle Box

The Santa Triangle Box is the 2nd project for my 12 Days of Christmas.  

I used the From Santa Stamp with the Frostwood Lodge Designer Paper and both items can be found in the Holiday Mini Catalog.

I stamped the image twice ..once with Cherry Cobbler and then with Garden Green.  I cut the images out with the 1-3/4 Circle Punch and the 2-3/8 Scallop Circle Punch.

Christmas Bag

I created this Christmas Bag last week when I received an email asking me about one of my old Blessing Mix Boxes.  I searched for quite a while .... and I'm happy to say I found it (wouldn't you know it was in my template box .....I forgot to check that spot first).

I used the Letters from Santa Designer Paper with the Stitched Stockings Stamp set ... along with the Stocking Builder Punch.

To make this bag you'll need two pieces of Designer Paper that measure 8 x 5-1/2 and you'll score it at 2" on three sides.

The topper is Old Olive card stock and it measures 4-1/8 x 3-1/8 ..I scored it in the middle ...after I scalloped the edges with the Scallop Edge Border Punch.

I colored the stocking with an Old Olive & Early Espresso Marker and attached it with a Mini Glue Dot.

Holly Berry Chap Stick Holder

My project today is the Holly Berry Chap Stick Holder and we used the Holly Berry Bouquet Designer Paper with the Winter Post Stamp set.

Here's a picture of the inside.....

We used Cherry Cobbler ink to stamp the main image and cut it out with the Designer Label Punch.  You add a Stampin Dimensional to the back and add it to a 1-3/4 Cherry Cobbler Scallop Circle.

The Early Espresso card stock measures 6 x 3-1/2 and you score it at 2-5/8 & 3-3/8.  Then you cut a slit for the chap stick.

A little health update.... my MRI last week confirmed I have some swelling in my shoulder and I have a pinched nerve.  My treatment (therapy twice a week) will continue and it's nice to know that I will get better ...some day (hopefully soon).  As soon as I get the "all clear" I'll get busy filming those videos for you!!

12 Weeks of Halloween Week #7

The Mummy Pillow Box is the 7th project for my 12 Weeks of Halloween.

It will hold a snack size Halloween treat ...that includes, a Kit Kat Bar, Twizzlers, Candy Corn and a Hershey Bar.

I used Naturals Ivory card stock with the Pillow Box Die and I was able to make this project with 1/2 sheet of card stock (that means you get two .... out of one sheet).

I sponged the edges with Soft Suede ink and I used the 3/4 & the 1/2 Circle punch for his eyes.

Merry Winter Matchbox

I've got the Matchbox on my brain this week and I decided to try it with the Merry Winter stamp set.  I can't wait to use this set later this fall for some Holiday crafts!!! 

It's the same box as yesterday and the day before ...the only difference is I turned it the other direction.  I used the brand new Chocolate Chip Scallop Dots Ribbon and I embossed the top of the matchbox with the Perfect Polka Dot Embossing Folder.

And ....best of all ....I used a new product that will be available in the Holiday Mini Catalog.  It's called Dazzling Details and it's Glitter Glue .... it's clear and hard to see on a blog but in person it's very pretty.  As some of you know I'm allergic to glitter and this product solves my problem ... thank you Stampin' Up!!!!!! 

I went back & forth about coloring the snowman but since I'm in a hurry today I decided to keep him simple.

Personal Note:  I have my Thyroid Biopsy today and I'm so nervous I'm sick to my stomach!! I'm sure all will be well ...but the thought of needles in my throat....with me awake  ....oh dear!! 

I need to ask all of you to please be patient with me!  Since April my life has fallen apart  and in all this I've met some of the nicest people ever ...and a few not so nice.   All I can say is I'm human ....I'm doing my best.  If you really know me you already know that.  Before April my normal workday was 7am to midnight ...but I'm sick right now and by 5pm I'm toast (actually 3pm but I force myself to keep going). I'm also not working on weekends ...  but I promise you I'll get through all this and be a better person for it!!  I have faith :)

Nature Walk Easter Card

I love this Nature Walk Easter Card!!! 

We used Crumb Cake card stock (aka Kraft) as the base and stamped it with the Sanded Background.  You can use Soft Suede ink for a bold look or Crumb Cake ink for a more subtle look.

We colored the eggs with markers ...using .... So Saffron, Marina Mist, Early Espresso, Pretty in Pink & Pear Pizzazz.

Happy Easter is from the Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set and we stamped it with Soft Suede ink.
